E1W Industrial Gland
E1W Cable Gland suitable for SWA cables. Application outdoor, whenever it is required to provide sealing on cable outer sheath and inner sheath. E1W glands are weatherproof glands and can be used in corrosive conditions when protected with shroud. Positive armour locking, effective earth continuity, increased mechanical strength and safety.
Entry Threads: Metric thread available as standard. Other thread forms e.g. BS Conduit, BSP, NPT, and PG available on request.
Accessories: Shrouds Lock nuts: Earth Tags and SES Entry Thread Seal are available.
OPTION: Other options available for, cables with braided armour, double steel tape armour & fiat armoured cables.
Manufactured as per BS 6121 PT-1. 1989 from Brass as standard material.
A2 Industrial Gland
A2 Glands are weatherproof cable glands for use with all types of unarmoured cables. It can also be used in corrosive conditions when protected with Shrouds.
Gland entry rated at 1P66 when used with SES entry thread seal. PCP displacement seal ensures effective seal (1P66 to outer sheath Easy and fast to install suitable for most hostile environments. General use for indoor and outdoor application.
A2F: for use when it is essential to provide either an IP66 or an explosion proof seal on the outer sheath.
Accessories: Shrouds, Earth Tags, Lock nuts, SES Entry thread seals.
